Building an Economic Shield Together

Welcome to my latest — (and most meaningful project).

I am a firm believer in pragmatism. I believe that people faced with tough decisions can find practical ways to cope, adapt, and help one another. Our country is struggling with high gas prices, high inflation, job insecurity, and deep political division. Most hard-working families are struggling just to keep their heads above water. There’s no Great Knight in Shining Armor coming to save us. We have to band together and fix the problems ourselves.

Rooted in Human Resilience

My drive to help under-resourced minorities comes from my own family history. I was born during WWII inside a Japanese-American concentration camp. My dad arranged for us to get an early release, but we had to agree to move inland to Colorado. So my parents were given $75, ($25 for each of us), plus bus tickets to Denver. But Denver didn’t work out for us, so we returned to Seattle’s Chinatown, and moved into my grandfather’s storefront (along with my Mom’s 5 other brothers and sisters). I have to add this important comment. In retrospect, moving into my grandfather’s storefront was an ambivalent experience. My grandpa had two beautiful 9′ Brunswick Pool Tables and 4 card playing tables in the back room (speakeasy style). I was only about 3.5″ tall, so my grandpa built me a little wooden box to stand on when I played pool. (And on weekends I got to watch 9-ball “Ring Games”, often with singers and entertainers that played the nightclubs on Seattle’s famous Skid Row).

But life after WWII was incredibly hard. Prejudice was everywhere. I literally had to fight my way through elementary and middle school. I was just a scrawny little kid with an attitude, so everyone enjoyed pounding me into the ground. In elementary school there were roving gangs of kids terrorizing the Japanese-American community, I still vividly remember my Chinese-American classmates wearing paper badges that read, “I am Chinese, not Japanese”.

Fast forward to 2026. Seeing modern warehouses across our country being repurposed to hold people crosses a personal red line for me. As American citizens, we can’t let history repeat itself. I invite you to take a few minutes to watch my family’s history: Minidoka – An American Concentration Camp.

My Pilot Project: Lifelines for a “Proof of Concept” Project

I am not a wealthy corporate executive. Instead, I’m just a hard-working over-the-hill stiff trying to get by. However, I am about to receive a windfall profit from the sale of my late parents’ home. But rather than bury it with me, I plan to use this money to plant seeds of financial security for deserving people who need a break.

My goal is to fully finance a pilot program that creates reliable, part-time, work-from-home second jobs for up to 10 individuals. These roles are designed to generate the extra income families will need to stay afloat over the next two chaotic years.

I currently have 7 Master websites that I hope will grow roots. And, I am looking for 3 more individuals who are willing to help me build 3 more websites with varying purposes. Together, these 10 websites will serve as a proof-of-concept to show that people can work a primary job and still (effortlessly) operate a “PT Personal Website”.

My Current Master Websites:

Let’s Build on the Future

If you are a working person looking for a flexible, (work-from-home) second income, (or if you know someone who fits the bill), I want to hear from you. Let’s work together to get through the next few years.

Addendum – 08-21-2026:
With two months to go until our 2026 Mid-Term Elections, we see Donald Trump’s popularity polls reaching historic lows, the economy tanking, and the War with Iran raging on. This is a perilous time for democracy in the USA. Donald Trump (like a trapped animal), will become more and more dangerous. Consequently, I am expediting the creation of a “Membership” Plugin for all my website.

Addendum – 08-26-2026:
With Labor Day weekend coming up, it is clear Trump has started his “Scorched Earth” campaign. Consequently, I plan to activate my “Plan B”. This is actually a step back in time for me….. more3

Addendum – 09-02-2026:

My official position on over-sized AI Date Centers: In the USA, AI does not need any more huge Data Centers. Think of the Aviation Industry. My company is a very small Website developer. My counter-part in the Aviation Industry would probably be a company like Cessna, (and the companies that are demanding huge Data Centers are like Boeing or Airbus). Now I, (as the Cessna of the Aviation Industry) would never rent a terminal slot next to a Jumbo Jet. So, in my opinion, I could care less if any more Jumbo Jet Airports were built. Similarly, I am vehemently against building these monstrous AI Data Centers (that will serve people all over the World). Instead, I am in favor of building data centers closer to where the people live that (will use these new data centers). (Click here to see videos on Monster Data Centers).

Addendum – 09-09-2026:

We are currently testing a very innovative SOHO network for under-resourced women and minorities. We believe this is a ground-breaking configuration that partitions off a single WIFI signal, and creates two WIFI streams that automatically adjust to the highest priority. View Topology here…

Addendum – 09-12-2026:

Here’s a list of some downloadable Cash Flow Projection Templates that I am creating for new applicants (for WMSC) business loans. These are essential for understanding the ways that cash flow effects a business’s bottom line. Here’s how I envision I will set up the financial structure for 2027. (It’s developing into a fantastic strategy and next year should be a great year). Let me digress for a moment… more4
